Betviner Terms & Conditions — in plain, simple language

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members using the Betviner platform. By registering on Betviner, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

Betviner is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform committed to delivering the best experience for users in Bangladesh. These terms may be updated from time to time — the date of each update will be noted at the top of this page.

To open an account with Betviner, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years old. Refusal to verify or submission of false information will result in account termination.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple members of the same household wish to use the platform, each must use a separate device and payment method — please notify us in advance.
• All information provided at registration — including name, address, date of birth, and mobile number — must be completely accurate.
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online betting is prohibited by law. A list of restricted regions is available in the Help Center.

Betviner reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time and without providing a reason. Completing registration means you have become a member of Betviner and have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Betviner complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Accordingly, all members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal.

Documents required for KYC:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address — utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot of your bKash/Nagad account.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Additional documents may be requested in certain cases. Without completed KYC, your balance will be held but withdrawals will not be processed.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at Betviner:

• There are no additional charges on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Deposits made by third parties are strictly prohibited. All payments must be made by the account holder themselves.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please notify support within 24 hours. Submit your complaint with supporting evidence and a resolution will be provided.

Withdrawing funds from Betviner is subject to certain rules designed to protect members and prevent fraud.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (bKash/Nagad) and ৳1,000 (Bank).
• Withdrawals must always be made using the same method as the original deposit. A different method may only be approved in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if KYC has not been completed at the time of the first withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. For larger amounts, please contact us directly.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirements have been met.

Betviner offers a variety of bonuses, each with specific terms and conditions that are clearly communicated before the bonus is claimed.

• Bonus funds from the welcome bonus cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.
• Claiming a bonus more than once using the same person, device, or payment method is not allowed.
• Bonus funds may only be used in designated markets — not all markets qualify. Full details are listed alongside each offer.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through opposing bets (arbitrage) will result in the bonus being voided upon detection.
• Betviner reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Members with active bonuses affected by such changes will be notified accordingly.

Once a bet is placed on Betviner, it is considered final — bets cannot be cancelled unless a technical issue has occurred.

• Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Pre-match bets may be voided if a match kicks off before its scheduled time.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded. Specific rules apply for incomplete matches.
• Betviner reserves the right to void any bet accepted at an obviously erroneous price.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Any amount exceeding the stated limit may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betviner, and violations will result in serious action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.

Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure, full balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

Members may request account closure at any time. Contact support and your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure.

Betviner may also restrict or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms — in particular, the prohibited activities listed under Section 8.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Fraudulent payment submissions or chargeback requests.
• Court orders or directives from a regulatory authority.

Betviner believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a problem. That's why we encourage all members to bet responsibly and provide the tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from betting for a set period or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24–72 hours.
• Reality Check: a feature that displays a summary of your betting session at set time intervals.

Betviner is not liable for the following:

• Bets or live betting opportunities missed due to internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
• Any incidents occurring during unscheduled server maintenance.

However, where any loss arises directly from Betviner's own error or negligence, Betviner will accept full responsibility and provide appropriate compensation.

Betviner may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
